Please note that the cost of the return is at your own cost.
Top Knot Closet does not accept returns on sale items.
While we strive for perfection, there may be instances where product colour may vary slightly due to photographic effects or your monitor settings.
We will happily offer store credit for the item/s so that you can pick something more suitable.
Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your item/s.
All returns will be automatically processed for store credit.
If an exchange is desired,you will need to place a new order using that store credit on our website.
You must have / create an account with Top Knot Closet before we can issue your store credit.
You will receive an email with details of the store credit once your return is processed.
Your order/s must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the item. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception.

If you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve this for you.
If a refund is granted it will be issued using the method you used to pay.
Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:
Tags intact – In its correct bag (please check the barcode label matches garment name on tag if any)
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
For hygienic reasons: – Accessories, hats, lingerie sets and bottoms, swimwear cannot be returned.
Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order.
In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment.
In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

What happens if I refuse to accept an order placed under COD?
Customers who order products under COD and refuse to pay on delivery are automatically blocked by the system. This means they will not be allowed to place an order from Top Knot Closet via the COD mode again. The customer can continue to shop via online payment though.
Can I cancel an order that I have placed?
While we have no option for a customer to cancel an order once placed, you can get in touch with our Customer Care within 3 hours of the order being placed. If the order is in the processing stage, we can cancel it and refund the amount as store credit into your registered account.
Will I get a refund for a cancelled order?
Top Knot Closet will refund the entire amount within 15 days from the date of claim by the customer, either by crediting you with equivalent amount of store credit into your account or by way of refund.
Is there a time line to use my Store Credits, which reflects in my registered account?
Yes. The store credit is only valid for 3 months from the date it is credited into your registered account.
Can I transfer the Store Credits reflecting in my account to any other registered account?
No, you cannot transfer your store credit to any other registered account in the Top Knot Closet system.
